We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you're not fully satisfied with your Tiny Soles Collective purchase, you can return unworn and unused shoes within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Guidelines:

• Condition: Shoes must be in their original, unworn condition and in the original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or proof of purchase when initiating a return.
• Non-returnable Items: Any items that are Special Order, marked as final sale or Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
• Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

We want your child’s shoes to fit perfectly! If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

Exchange Guidelines:

• Condition: Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Exchange Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
• Shipping: The cost of the return or exchange postage is the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately Tiny Soles Collective currently do not offer free return & exchanges at this time
